WV Wood County 133 Acres-LEASED
This 133 acre property is located in Wood County West Virginia not far from Parkersburg. This county has liberal deer regulations and a decent turkey population. This property is very remote and is located along a dead end road named Pigeon Roost Run Rd.
The property inspection was performed just 6 hours after a snowfall, and the amount of deer tracks was incredible. There is a small overgrown field along the road, and a flat just inside the woods that runs along the moderate hillside that slopes away from the road. There were multiple deer rubs on this flat. There is a shelter house located in the field along the road, and in this field are several apple trees, which looked to have produced recently.Food plots, ATV’s, and feeders are all allowed. Maximum hunters 5.
